Dr. Alan Stott is one of the best known and respected dentists in the Lancaster, Palmdale, Quartz Hill area. As a general dentist, he enjoys treating the whole family, from children to seniors. Dr. Stott feels he can provide a more personalized care to his patients, something they would probably not get in one of the large dental clinics. Long-Time Valley Resident
Dr. Stott and his wife Joan, have lived in the Antelope Valley for over 28 years. They have 5 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Over the years Dr. Stott and Joan have enjoyed attending many of the special events in the valley and have loved being involved in their childrens' extra curricular activities including scouting and sports. They are involved in various church activities and biking. They've traveled to interesting places within the U.S. and Europe.

Dr. Stott graduated from the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1978. He received additional training in the U.S. Navy where he also served as a dentist. Dr. Stott feels it is important to continue to learn the latest techniques in dentistry. He has taken several advanced training courses in cosmetic dentistry, implants , gum treatment and emergency care.

Personal Philosophy
Dr. Stott feels strongly about helping his patients achieve optimum oral health and improve their smiles. He wants his patients to fully understand their dental conditions so they can make a well informed decision on treatment. Sometimes expensive complicated treatment may not be the best treatment for all patients. Dr. Stott is happy to explain the treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
